Our flock of pedigree Lleyn's was established in 1989. The Lleyns have been retained as a closed flock until recently where a few carefully selected top quality yearlings were purchased at the Society Sale in Carlisle in 2004 form Debbie Mcgowan, Perthshire, and four ewes at the Society Sale in Rhuthun in 2005 from Dylan and Emrys Jones Lluest Wen, Machynlleth. These yearlings were very stylish and were the first daughters of the renowned W24 to be sold.
Our previous stock ram was purchased at the Lleyn Society Sale in Carlisle in 2005 from Derek & Cindy Steen for 2000gns. This ram has left a great legacy in our flock, consistently leaving tight skinned and stylish progeny.
Our newest acquisition in September 2007 is a stock ram purchased in a private transaction from A W Davies, Bronallt flock. He was selected for his power, correctness, length, tight skin and style. The ram has also proved himself in the show ring being the Overall Lleyn Champion at The Royal Welsh Show 2007. The ram was purchased jointly with Dylan and Emrys Jones, Lluest flock in September 2007.
