Wern Beltex - Pedigree Beltex Sheep

The Wern flock was established in December 2005. The first ewe purchased was an import consinged by the Airyolland Flock at the Lanark inlamb sale.

In December 2006 four further in lamb ewes and one ewe lamb were purchased at the dispersal of the Southholm flock.

In July 2011 the decision was made to visit a number of breeders in Belgium, in search of high quality ewes and rams to introduce new bloodlines to our flock. Our first importation of Beltex ewes came over in August 2011.
