Ruthin Show Potentials 2014

Congratulations to TM & EE Williams, Nantygeifr, Llanidloes, Powys who were awarded Reserve Supreme Champion with an 8 month old Limousin heifer. This heifer sold for the top price of £5,000 to the Sellers show team. Nantygeifr were also awarded first prize Limousin steer and Reserve Champion Steer which went on to sell for £3500. Both animals were sired by an imported French 'culard' type Limousin stock bull sold by Owain Llyr to Nantygeifr. Second prize Limousin heifer was awarded to DG Lewis, Cefncoed Mawr, Pumpsaint, Carmarthenshire with a young Limousin x heifer selling for £2,500 to Aled Roberts, Gaerwen, Anglesey. This heifer was sired by Sarkley Fabio, a wide and stylish Rocky son out of a Nobel cow. Sarkley Fabio was sold by Owain Llyr to DG Lewis.
